Online vs onsite-learning

This topic is considered one of the most important topics for students and educational institutions at present due to the virus spreading in our world (Covid-19), which caused a crisis for the whole world, especially the educational system in general, for this reason, all the educational institutions in the world have turned to online learning, The year 2020 is considered the most used years for online classes and online learning, but the topic that we will talk about is the difference or comparison between online learning and onsite learning.
1- online learning;
it's a type of education that provides educational and training opportunities to the student through the internet and by using different types of software's for example (Microsoft teams and zoom etc... 
many people consider "online learning" is the new way of learning and teaching, and they backed their opinion with many reasons which they are Students learn more than they learn in traditional courses, by using online learning techniques, and making training materials available in a smooth and recorded manner to students, students can learn materials more quickly compared to traditional education during the same time they devote to teaching, and many educational institutions struggle to retain students for the duration of the course, and many lecturers complain of student absenteeism and their dropout with the passage of the traditional course, and here we have a tremendous challenge, which is that the student's absence prevents him from following the session and becomes dependent only on the book. The matter is different in the case of online classes, at first, the educational institutions noticed that the student's attendance rate does not decrease in general, and the reason is that students enjoy the online class, and they can attend it from anywhere, and it is a different experience for them. There is also another thing, which is that students have several options if they do not attend a session, which is that they obtain it in a recorded form and thus view it recorded and return to the resources within the e-learning platform.
2- onsite-learning;
Is the traditional way of learning or known as learning in schools is the education provided by educational institutions on their campuses to people with the presence of a specialized teacher to teach students in a class face to face, and considered the oldest method of learning and has been known among us since ancient times, for that reason people are scared to change that way of learning to something new as (online learning) but this is a comparison between them and this side of people also backed their opinion of why onsite learning is more beneficial than online learning, And they said that this type of education may encourage the student's practical life in dealing with others and also that receiving information from the teacher in person is much better than receiving it online because of the interaction that the teacher will create in the classroom and the educational atmosphere in the classroom that will encourage the student to improve his educational performance, and they also see that Online classes will encourage the student to be lazy, disinterested and not focusing on what the teacher will say because of the other things that will distract him from lectures, and finally the tricks that some students may use to miss classes or the many methods of cheating in exams. 
In the end, I want to conclude this essay by saying that online learning is a new method of education for us as humans, but it is considered newer for us as Arabs because of the delay that Arab countries and the Middle East and educational institutions have faced in accepting this idea as part of the technological progress facing humanity, for this reason online learning did not receive the ideal welcoming by Arab societies because their thoughts made them believe that this type of education may destroy future generations with laziness and indifference, but the time has changed now after scientific studies have emerged confirming that online learning may be one of the best methods of education in our time, for this reason, is established The United Arab Emirates encourages online learning as well as hybrid education, which includes online and onsite learning.
